From application to first booking

  1. Describe your business, location, services and experience.
  2. We review the application and business details before publication. Your profile stays private until approved.
  3. After approval, set your services, prices and availability, and connect your Stripe account.
  4. Reply to an enquiry and agree the service and price. The owner confirms the booking and pays through Stripe.

Owners can review a service only after it has taken place and completion is recorded.

Who can apply?

The initial form is for registered businesses and sole traders. You must be authorised to represent the business. Contact support before applying on another lawful basis. Providers are responsible for the permits and requirements applicable to their services.

Business review is not a service quality guarantee or a substitute for required permits. Applying does not guarantee publication, enquiries or earnings.

Clear commission

PetPark’s commission is 10% of the confirmed service price and is deducted from the provider. No additional commission is charged to the owner. Example: the owner pays €30, PetPark’s commission is €3, and the provider retains €27 before any Stripe fees.

Registration and applications are free. No number of bookings is guaranteed.

The provider charges for the service on their connected Stripe account and invoices the owner for the full service price. LJEMICUS DIGITAL j.d.o.o. invoices the provider for its commission. Commission is collected automatically at payment and is not charged again when invoiced. A Stripe payment confirmation or commission statement does not replace the required invoice.
