Your profile becomes public after we verify your registered business in an official registry. We do not request ID documents, selfies or certificates.
From application to public profile
How publication works
1. Create an account
Create an account and confirm your email. Only registered businesses and sole traders can apply.
2. Enter business details
Enter your registered business name, Croatian OIB or Slovenian tax and registration numbers, address, city and services. We check the official registry ourselves; we do not request ID documents, selfies or certificates.
3. Confirm service requirements
Confirm that you comply with applicable regulations. For boarding and day care at your premises in Croatia, confirm a valid Croatian Ministry of Agriculture approval. These services in Slovenia are currently unavailable for publication.
4. Arrange your first service
After publication, reply to an enquiry, agree the service in Messages and confirm the total booking price.
Stripe handles online payments and payouts. It verifies the identity of payout recipients as required by law.
Registry verification does not guarantee service quality. Agree your pet’s needs and check the service description before booking.
